GENERAL INFORMATION
A Billings Saddle Club Memorial Fund has been established for receipt of gifts in memory of loved ones. Memorials may be mailed to Billings Saddle Club, P.O.Box 385, Billings, MT 59103.
No horses will be allowed in the area between the clubhouse and the bleachers.
There shall be no drinking of alcoholic beverages at Billings Saddle Club activities when children are on the grounds. There are social functions where only adults are present and at which time there is a cocktail hour.
Saddle Club members can use arena and props, but all props must be put away each time after use.
The horse barn can be used by all members free of charge except during those times when the barn is being rented for horse shows, etc. Stalls must be cleaned by those using them.
Any member of the Billings Saddle Club can attend Board Meetings held during the first week of each month, take part in discussion of pertinent affairs and make suggestions. However, only Board members can have a vote. The December Board meeting will be a joint meeting of the outgoing and incoming board members.
To be considered a member in good standing, each member is required to participate in at least one activity or committee assignment, and not having volunteered, will be assigned to an activity by the chairman of an activity. All members are strongly urged to participate on work days. It is your Club and you will only get out of it that which you put in.
