Rental Policy

A liability insurance rider naming the Billings Saddle Club as an additional insured, in the amount of $1,000,000 is required for all rentals, including clubhouse, arena, member and non-member.

All rentals are subject to Billings Saddle Club board approval.

Clubhouse is available for rental April 15th – first weekend in December. Current clubhouse rental fees are $500.00 per night weekends (Friday-Sunday), $300 weekdays (Monday-Thursday), with an additional $250.00 deposit to hold the reservation and thereafter be applied to the security deposit. BSC members may rent the clubhouse for personal use (immediate family/household gathering, e.g. family reunion, birthday party, etc.) for $100 per night weekdays (Monday-Thursday), $200 per night weekends (Friday-Sunday) plus a $100.00 deposit. New members have a one-year waiting period before being eligible to rent the Clubhouse at the member rental rate. The BSC Board must approve all rentals. Security deposits will be refunded after the rental if no loss or damage occurs, and the specific rental rules stated in the rental agreement are followed. Renters will be responsible for cleaning the clubhouse following rental.

Rental fee for the Billings Saddle club large arena (with no access to clubhouse) is $200.00 per day plus a $100.00 deposit. All rentals will be charged an additional $50.00 extra per day if the arena lights are used. Deposits will be refunded if grounds are left clean and arena is worked/cultivated and left in satisfactory condition. The above rental fee for arena does not include use of the barns, tractor, implements or arena watering equipment. Additional arrangements must be made with the Board for their use.
